Before I got word back from my insurance company on a settlement for a cehicle accident, I already got two estimates from two body shops.
The estimates were at $5,000 …. but now the insurance company has said that they will cut me a check for $3,000…. the body shop says they will work something out… what does this mean?
means they want your money and they will work on a price to fix it so they can get it nothing wrong there you get your car fix and they get your money best ask them to explain more about how much it wil cost

I have to do major body work on our 1990 Ford Econoline, I can’t afford to have it done at a body shop.
Plus it would cost more than the van is worth, so being a jack-ass of all trades and a master of none, I have to do the job myself.
I have been doing body work for years on all the old cars I have owned in the past.
I use galv. sheet metal and pop rivits and rusty metal primer.
This video is MY WAY, the poor man’s way of fixing the body rot, it has to be done, the van runs good but the body is going to hell.
Soooo…If any of you that ARE in the body shop business and want to be critic, please don’t, I do not have a garage or the equipment to do it the RIGHT way.
To do it the right way would tie up the van for weeks, we drive the van almost every day.

AT APX 9:45 AM A FIRE BROKE OUT AT 3904 FORT HAMILTON PKWY IN THE BORO PARK SECTION OF BROOKLYN,NY
THE FIRST FDNY TRUCK WAS ON SCENE IN 3 MINUTES ACCORDING TO THE CAPTAIN ON SCENE.
ONE FIREFIGHTER FELL ON THE ROOF AND WAS SAVED BY TWO OTHER FIREFIGHTERS.
THERE WERE 6 FIREFIGHTERS HURT WITH ONE HAVING A BROKEN ANKLE. NONE OF THE INJURIES WERE LIFE THREATENING.
