What is the cheapest and easiest way to repair the rust spots now holes under the doors of an old 91 car?

When I purchased the car 2 years ago I thought the body was is great shape what I didn’t notice was that they had put some sort of tape at the door bottoms and the rocket panels. Now I have holes there and need to hide them some how. Preferably something easy as I don’t know much about car repairs. I think the tape they used was Duraflex but I’m not sure if that would hold now. I have since learned to take a magnet with me and test the body of a car by placing the magnet on it especially at the bottom of the doors and if it doesn’t stick it means there is no metal there.

the cheapest and easiest way is to replace the doors with doors from a salvage yard and then repaint.

You could try bondo after removing the rust, but that is going to eventually fail too.
