Can I accept adjuster repair offer for repairs and opt to not get car repaired.?
Posted by admin on July 21, 2011I had an accident a couple of days ago. The adjuster offered a certain amount for the damages to be repaired. I do not want to repair the car. I own the car free and clear. Can I just request a check for the adjustor’s offer for repairs or do I have to get it repaired.
As long as there’s no loan, you can do whatever you want with the money.
