Sure they can, if you can find someone in Orlando that does that sort of thing. Drive down to Dave’s Body Shop in Clearwater . This guy can do anything with paint. He made my ‘77 Corvette one of the hottest cars on the road. He’s located on Missouri Avenue in Clearwater.
I’ve seen this guy take two different width paint brushes, dip them in paint and walk down the side of a car holding them like chopsticks and leaving two perfect pinstripes along the side of a car. He could then do the other side of the car perfectly.
Make an appointment and he will get you scheduled for early morning and you can pick it up in the afternoon.
Tell him Tim from the Clearwater Gas Department sent you.
