If I bought new brake Pads online, can I take them to an auto shop to get them put on my car?

Plan on getting these particular performance brake pads for my car. I can only get them online if I take them to an auto shop will they be able to put them on and just charge a labor fee?

yes sir …they can ….simply call ahead..first get a quote without telling them you have your own brakes ..then ask them the price if you provide your own brakes ….

good luck

You could take them to a shop, but it is really a simple deal. I would recommend that you put them on yourself. I helped a buddy change his brake pads and it took about 30 mins at the most.

Yes, they will put the pads on your car, but tell them that you bought your own brake pads. And if they don’t want try couple of shops.

most shops mark up the price on parts so get a price for labor + parts then provide your parts and hold them to the labor cost. your best bet would be to install yourself,

can learn how to do that yourself easy really type into search box
    how to replace brake pads
    how to bleed brake

my wife does her own brake jobs in drive way

and sure you can pay anyone to replace pads price about same as if you had it done not really alot cheaper that way but sure you can do it

yea prob. but they might tell you that there not responsible for the job and another thing those pads might not work with your brake system in your vech and if they tear it appart dont get into it with then you just dont go and buy any-thing or type of part you dont know anything about and where you get it installed if you cant do it yoursielf .. and brakes ya got to know what you are doing ..
