@nxttruck2002 Yeah I agree that this sounds like a bunch of bullshit. I got a service manager who thinks like what these people are saying on here. you give em one cheap oil change and do this real thorough inspection, find some expensive stuff, and they just fall head-over-heels to get it done. Very seldom does this ever happen to me cause most of the people who’s cars I work on are BROKE and just there for a cheap oil change.
