101 Auto Body provides complete collision and body repair services for all types of vehicles (with special expertise in Hondas, Toyotas, Subarus and Volvos) at two locations in Richmond and Berkeley. The company handles everything from window replacements and repainting to scratch and dent removal. It also restores classic cars and offers towing services throughout Alameda and Contra Costa Counties.
President Henry Seng began his career at 101 Auto Body as a manager of the company’s original Berkeley shop and assumed operations when the previous owner retired. Mr. Seng says he’s assembled a staff of highly skilled technicians who are experts in both auto body repair and customer service. “Most of them grew up in the business, so they’re experienced in every aspect of the trade. The same applies to our management team.”
101 Auto Body’s Richmond facility is a relatively new addition to the company, but Mr. Seng says it already feels like a regular part of its community. “All the people we’ve worked with for the past 15 to 20 years have become aware of this location and are now using it for all their auto body repair needs.”
