I want to buy a manual that will allow me to do the most repairs to my car, for the best cost. I have a 2K Tacoma if that matters. Thanks ALL!
Chilton and Haynes are good for basic stuff. If you need a serious manual try Mitchell. Some libraries have it in the reference section. Try checking that out before you buy anything.

pls where can i find reliable auto mechanics for my 1997 nissan maxima, in southwest houston. My car cant go faster than 40mph, and also the engine just goes out anytime, so i can be in the middle of a high way, and my car would just stop, this started last week.

check the yellow pages and look for a facility the is AAA certified, as they will help you resolve any issues if not repaired correctly. also when was fuel filter last changed?

I am trying to increase my business and provide services that would be convenient after an accident. What would be helpful?
People want a good mechanic that they think is honest and fair (my father was a mechanic). I was surprised that my new mechanic had so much more to offer than most other shops. He offers complete tire service, diagnostics, oil changes, shuttle service (his wife) and good advice at comparable prices to specialty shops.
There are only two mechanics in the shop and they do a wide range of services. I only wish that they would have expressed their complete services to me earlier as I got my tires and other services elsewhere.

work break down structure related to project management.if possible even the time and cost estimations.
So the work breakdown structure would presumably be the work involved in repairing the truck.
Typically you start at the top and move down. The top level might be something like :
Repair truck project
- Move truck from location to shop
- Assess damage
- Develop plan and cost estimates
- Remove damaged parts
- Install new parts
- Test repairs
- Paint
But each of these would be broken down further
e.g. Move truck from location to shop
- Verify space available in shop
- Verify truck location
- Drive to location in tow-truck
- Verify with police OK to take truck
- Load truck on to tow-truck
- Return to shop and unload
